I’M A Celebrity’s Ant McPartlin was seen flanked by security as he came face-to-face with Jimmy Bullard after an angry confrontation.
It came after last night’s live final descended into chaos when Jimmy, 47, and David Haye, 45, clashed with hosts Ant and Dec, both 50.
It was so heated that Gemma Collins and Sinitta stormed off the stage as Jimmy went around each campmate and asked them if Adam Thomas‘s behaviour towards him was “aggressive and abusive” when they had a bust-up during filming.
Following the chaos, Ant McPartlin was seen trying to make a quick exit after the show wrapped.
However, in a very awkward moment, the host was seen coming face-to-face with Jimmy.
It came as Ant made his way out of the back of the studio with wife Anne-Marie Corbett, 47.
Adam Thomas BOOED by live I’m A Celeb audience after co-star’s shock claim
In our photos, Jimmy appears to be attempting to get the presenter’s attention, before a security guard stepped in.
Ant then turned to listen to what the former footy star was saying, before carrying on making his way to his car.
It’s fair to say that the I’m A Celebrity South Africa live final was complete chaos, following all the drama that happened on show.
Last night, viewers watched Jimmy get riled when Ant insisted Adam wasn’t intimidating in scenes that weren’t aired on TV due to the C-word being thrown around.
He called it a “liberty” and was backed by his controversial pal David Haye, who demanded Adam explain why he was lobbing obscenities at Jimmy.
Sinitta was the first to get up and walk away, before confirming to the crowd it WAS “aggressive and abusive”.
Gemma, who is close friends with Adam, then followed.
ITV veterans Ant and Dec uncharacteristically lost their cool and struggled to keep a lid on tempers on stage.
A rattled Adam hit back at David, telling him to “let the finalists speak”, which received cheers from the crowd.
Peacekeeper Mo Farah urged the campmates to not let the arguments overshadow a night celebrating an entertaining series.
Minutes earlier, Jimmy had admitted he “threw Adam under the bus” when he quit the trial that sparked the explosive clash with Adam in South Africa.
He said he left for personal reasons to get back home and see his family while receiving full pay — not to get revenge on Adam for David’s exit the day before.
The action was lapped up by viewers at home, who couldn’t believe what they were watching.
One viewer wrote: “UK live tv is actually wild like this is so chaotic, ITV are never doing this again I fear.”
Another said: “omg this is wild tv.”
Adam was eventually crowned winner over Mo, but looked far from happy. He forced a smile as Sam Thompson came out from the wings with a crown and staff, while on follow-up show Unpacked Scarlett Moffatt was tearful and regretted that Adam couldn’t enjoy it due to the row.
