It comes amidst a spate of allegations of sexual misconduct as ITV has cut all ties with the celeb chef
GINO D’Acampo has been accused of “kissing” the wife of an international footballer “on the lips” before boasting of the behaviour to an audience.
The 48-year-old former TV chef was spotted walking through a crowded charity event and then went on to grab the woman by her face, according to witnesses.

The woman, whose identity has remained anonymous, is married to a celebrated former international footballer.
According to those watching the events unfold, members of the audience could be heard responding with gasps as the woman and her husband appeared “shocked” and “distressed”.
One charity event attendee described hearing D’Acampo declare: “You know why I did that, ladies and gentlemen? Because I f**king can,” MailOnline reports.
He is then believed to have directed a comment at the husband: “You want to f**king kill me right now, don’t you?
An eye-witness described: “At the time it was really uncomfortable but the audience seemed to mostly laugh as they didn’t know how else to react.
“But looking back from the perspective of 2025 it’s hard to believe he really did that.”
The shocking behaviour is alleged to have taken place in 2012, around the time D’Acampo’s TV personality status was on the rise.
One witness even described feeling “deeply uncomfortable” by the act as no one challenged the untoward act.
Others suggested they were struck by the bystander effect with no one questioning or acknowledging the actions.
Some even assumed it may have been a pre-planned stunt at first but have since admitted they do not think the facial expressions line up with this theory.

The anonymous witness suggested the recent number of claims about D’Acampo alongside a continued and accepted culture of toxic masculinity is behind the reason for coming forward now.
It comes amidst a series of allegations by women of “intimidating” behaviour and acting “sexually inappropriately”.
Earlier this week it was revealed how Gordon Ramsey has fallen out with the under-fire chef as he “refuses to be cancelled”.
ITV has already cut ties with the star, and the new claims suggest the fallout could be wider-reaching.
Refuting the allegations against him, Gino said in a statement: “I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.
“I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone.
“This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me.
“Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.
“I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of.
“I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting.”
The Sun has approached Gino D’Acampo’s team for comment.
