“Just 60 minutes without supervision — and a comedy legend is born.” No explosions, no chases, just a quiet shoe store…until Carol Burnett walks in with oversized dentures and asks for the fateful blue slippers. Tim Conway mistakes a real person for a mannequin, and from that moment, television completely spirals out of control. Dust flies, shoes get stuck, the ladder betrays its owner — every comedic moment is pushed to its peak in Conway’s adorable panic and Burnett’s “deadly” innocence. The audience laughs until they can’t breathe, and the stage crumbles in the perfect order of chaos. And then, amidst the wreckage, they leave like two old friends — leaving behind an immortal moment in comedy history.

Soon after Tim, who looks oddly similar to Albert Einstein, is put in charge of the store, Carol enters the location in a maroon-colored and white-dotted dress. She also sports a pair of huge, prominent false teeth.

At first, Tim mistakes Carol for a mannequin, dusting off her dress, chest and face. Their interaction only goes downhill from that point as the hilarity ensues. Tim cannot figure out how to get Carol’s shoe off. When he’s eventually successful, he fears he’s removed her leg from her body.
